Dosage and warnings

Effects

Angelica Sinensis keeps the uterus healthy, relieves menstrual cramps, regulates the cycle, vasodilator, promotes the blood supply of organs, reduces vaginal dryness, and contributes to counterbalancing the symptoms caused by aging.

Schisandra chinensis berry has a stimulating effect on sexual fulfillment and vitality. It helps to relax, protects the heart, is arousing and has a positive effect on blood circulation.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) has a good effect on maintaining blood sugar levels and brain function, promoting weight loss, is a strong antioxidant and helps maintain skin and teeth.

Soy (Glycine max) is the only plant protein that contains all nine essential amino acids that contribute to the proper functioning of our body. It helps to relieve the symptoms of menopause and to prevent osteoporosis. In addition to phytoestrogen content, soybean is rich in calcium, zinc and B vitamins.
